Dan is a recent MBA graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota who has worked with a variety of non-profit and for-profit clients for over 10 years. He has carried out strategic projects with the Carlson Ventures Enterprise, advised an NGO on the ground in Uganda, completed federal-level economic analysis and research methodology projects with RTI International, worked on process improvement and operations projects with Advance Management Group, and directed programs at a youth development non-profit. He brings specific expertise in double-bottom-line strategy formulation and managing for impact, and has managed multiple social research projects that include cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, ROI, and SROI studies. He currently sits on the board of KidsUganda.

Adrienne brings 6 years of corporate experience as a medical device product development engineer and a background in energy. This includes extensive experience working in cross-functional, multi-site teams and managing critical project timelines. She managed multiple projects in diverse locations including international projects in Mexico and Ireland. While working towards her MBA, Adrienne focused on renewable energy and social enterprise, including participation in a pilot energy product innovation team that collaborated with industry, non-profits, and the university. She has also served as president of the Microfinance Alliance and advisory board member for Youth Venture MN.
